We were recommended to do this tour by friends and so glad we listened to them as it was amazing. Our captain for the day was Paul and along with the rest of the crew, they looked after us so well, and they even remember our names from the get go. The first stop was Mana Sandbar we jumped off the boat to reach, along the way you can snorkel and we saw loads of fish and beautiful coral. There was a guide on the sandbar itself who took photos for you which they later post on Facebook for you to download. Next stop is the waters around Monu Island for more snorkelling and the chance to jump off the top of the boat itself if you are feeling adventurous. Once again, they will take photos of you doing this. The last stop is the uninhabited island of Monuriki which is where they filmed Cast Away and Survivor, yes he will find Wilson and the Help Me sign here. There is a tender that takes you onto the island. We had a really yummy lunch along with wine, beer and soft drinks. The island is lovely to explore, I would suggest reef shoes along the beach and do look down as we found hundreds of hermit crabs. The boat isn’t large but does have a toilet. If you choose to sit in the front expect to get wet and it can get bumpy. We did go on other boat trips and this was the best one by far.Posted on Google diana dominguezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul and his team were awesome, enjoyed the cruise and some great food, a little sad the weather didn’t let us stop and the sandbar. Hope to be back again one day. These guys can’t do enough for you. I’ve travelled all around Asia and have been on multiple boat excursions and snorkeling tours but this day felt special - great vibes, lots of care for everyone of all abilities & the best spots to stop. Provided: snorkelling gear, snacks, the biggest & yummiest lunch and beers, beers & more beers, plus lots of water. If you can support this family run business over any other trips - it’s worth your pennies!Posted on Google Dakota LynchTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I took four cruises during our vacation to Fiji, and this one was the very best. The snorkeling was absolutely incredible, especially at the Mana sandbar. The second stop (pictured) was my favorite with unbelievably clear water! The third stop at castaway island included a nice lunch and plenty of leisure time to explore the island and do more snorkeling. The guides were very friendly and personable. Having done several other cruises in Fiji, this one was much more intimate and authentic -- less like a theme park attraction and more like getting on a boat with your friends. This will be the first thing we do next time we come back to Fiji.Posted on Google Ron MacKenzieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A wonderful local family owns and runs cruisn Fiji. I really enjoyed meeting them and they took me on the best snorkel trip I've ever been on. They will do their best to meet your every need and help you have a wonderful day. On a different day I went on the popular bigger ferry to the islands. On that ferry, you're just one butt in a seat who bought a ticket. My captain that day was named Peter or Paul. He and I had a wonderful discussion of life in Fiji during lunch. I felt like I have a new friend. Please write to me Captain. If you see this, I'd like to keep in touch. I fully recommend crusin Fiji with one caveat. If you have mobility issues are seasickness that does not respond to meds then consider traveling to the islands on one of the larger catamarans and snorkeling from the shore. To get onto Castaway Island, you will be asked to get into this small tender. That being said, I'm an older guy with relatively minor mobility issues and the crew kept me safe and assisted me respectfully in participating in all the snorkeling and Beach activities.Posted on Google KH TanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
